New Semi-Home

The new apartment is awesome! Ok maybe not awesome but hella close. I had to duck a couple of points because of the missing showerhead. Take a showerhead from a gay man and you effectively eliminate hot and aggressive shower scenes from ever taking place. Tabo (a small plastic container that one uses to pour water over self, unique to the Filipino people I think) is not as hot. And the heat, my God, the heat. It gets a bit steamy around noon, even with the windows wide open. The new apartment -from here on out will be referred to as the semi-home- has it’s own dining area, a laundry area, two moderately-sized bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which is the size of Antarctica. The semi-furnished living and dining area was a surprise. This unexpected generosity is making me sexually suspicious… ok sexually suspicious is probably not the best term to use here but I’ll explain as we go along.

Our room is able to accomodate the ff:

• A sofa and two sofa-lettes (I don’t know what the small ones are called)
• A small center table
• A Queen bed (how appropriate)
• A desktop computer complete with a table similar in width to the sofa
• A small, square-ish bookshelf
• A 21 inch TV

The semi-home is spacious. I concur.

I was reviewing my blog stats, and I noticed a sharp jump in activity. Why? How? Obviously because I mentioned the words sex and vibrator in the post prior. Hence the uh, sexually suspicious slip.
